Because sometimes plans change (or pups change their minds).
You have 14 days for unopened goods however shipping labels must be at your own cost unless there is a quality issue then just get in touch
Food products often can’t be returned once opened. If there’s a quality issue, contact us and we’ll sort it.
Once approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank.
If anything arrives damaged, message us and include photos so we can help quickly.
